The company flourished under the dynamic leadership of Dr. N. P. Patel, „The son of soil‟ as Managing Director, Mr. P. D. Patel, B.E. (Textile), Director, looks after administration, Seed Processing and Sales, Mr. T.S. Patel, Director, Person in-charge of Purchase, Sales, Seed Production and Quality Control, and Mr. Akash Patel, B.Sc. (Agri.) take care of account and execution of office work associated with development and expansion of seed business. The company has R&D unit registered with Department of Scientific and Industrial Research (DSIR), Govt. of India since 2001. Our R & D department has always been cutting edge in delivering quality products, which are well suited to the farmers‟ needs considering all the ecosystems and also meeting the trade requirements of crop quality, and for that we engaged/appointed stalwart of scientific community. Dr. J.A.Patel, Director (R & D) has total 42 years‟ experience in research of Pulses, Vegetables, Cereals, Oil Seeds and Cotton in Anand Agricultural University, and he has contributed for development of more than 30 varieties/hybrids, and four GMS lines in Chilli and seven pistilate lines in castor. He is the scientist responsible for planning and execution of research work in all the crops, quality seed production and other technical work related to research and development. He was awarded Government of Gujarat Prestigious award “Sardar Patel Krishi Sanshodhan” Award(1995-96) for outstanding research in Pulse crops, He was awarded Prof. J.P.Trivedi Award, sponsored by Hari Om Ashram twice(1998-2006) for development of  Vegetable crops hybrids and GMS lines of chilli. He was also awarded Prof. J.A.Trivedi Award (2020) for his contribution for development of Groundnut variety GG. 34. Mr. C.K. Patel, M.Sc. (Agri.), Genetics and Plant Breeding is the scientist responsible for conducting crop improvement  esearch work, and he has been given responsibility of seed testing laboratory and Bio tech lab of the company. Mr. Chintan R. Mistry, M.sc (Agri) Genetics and plant breeding is the scientist in charge for field and vegetable crops research and quality evaluation (GOT) of product and marketed seeds in the field. Mr. L.M.Patel M.sc (Entomology) technocrat retired from Department of Agriculture after 34 years‟ service, is the technical officer, works as liosan officer with various department of agriculture government Gujarat, He also looks after extension work and technical publications of the company. The company has well established and equipped research farms of about 200 acres at different locations to represent various agro eco-systems. To strengthen research work and for critical evaluation of developed varieties/hybrids, company has extended its research activities at Dhedhu Farm and Juna Manka (Harij) farm in addition to major activities at Saraswati Research Farm, Dholakuva (Mansa). 

To assist research activities, quality evaluation of produced and marketed seeds seven technical field supervisors having Diploma in Agriculture / Bechlor of Agriculture and Rural Science with vast field/ research experience look after  day to day activities of research farms.  Experienced personnel in administration, agriculture and accounts support the M.D. for smooth running of company work. The company is abide to maintain the quality of seeds, for that it has created all the required infrastructures for seed processing, storage and packing at Gandhinagar and Dholakuva (Mansa), and for that the responsibility is shared among five qualified and experienced technical supervisors. A strong marketing set up with above 400 distributors/dealers across the country have ensured that we serve the lives of millions of  Ffarmers and other needy persons.

The company has strong association with traders for export of seeds in African countries.
